Perfect Weekend

Meeting Ali Vincent
It's not a secret...I'm a Biggest Loser fan. I have been since season two...season one Elly was born and not a lot of TV was watched. HA!
It's also not a secret I am a huge Ali Vincent fan...I even have Ali's book and I practically own every magazine she has ever been in. I know, I know but I just love her energy.
So let me set the scene for you. Monday I'm at work and I pull up Ali's website...just cruising around, sipping coffee and bam I notice that she's going to be in Ohio...wait a second...she's going to be in my area. SHUT UP! I quickly go to the registration page to see if there are any tickets available to hear her speak and...I'm heartbroken. Registration was closed on May 6th. Ummm...really? So I email the contact and beg and plead to let me in. In the mean time I cry to Jon and he takes it upon himself to email the contact too. Great now they are going to think I'm a stalker (but deep down I think he's such a great guy). The lady emails back quickly that she's really sorry but they are sold out but that they do have a expo going on that day where Ali will be signing autographs and such. SCORE! I'm so there. Today I picked Elly up and bribed her with anything and everything she ever wanted, to please be good and let Mommy do this.
Speaking...I tried to listen to everything but it was really loud. Great shoes, yes? I would seriously break my ankle but so cute!
I look twelve, picture is blurry and wish I would have done my hair better but whatever. I am so framing this picture. Ali was so super sweet and I asked her for some tips to get these last 20ish pounds off. Intensity...interval training...and no stress. First two I can do, the last I will work on.
So happy I made myself do this! Go Pink! These last pesky pounds will be gone in no time!

Operation Beautiful
I found this website...honestly don't know where...sometimes I get to clicking from link to link to link and get lost in the clicks. HA HA! Anyways this is the most beautiful website I've came across in a long time. Operation Beautiful The message they send is just so powerful and wonderful all in one. I have a lot of self hate talk, like most women I'm sure, I struggle with not looking perfect. I've lost weight, last year I lost 30+ pounds but, ugh, put 7lbs back on so I've been heading down that ugly road and getting mad at myself. Damn the java goodness!! Never fear if I can take it off once I can do it again. But just looking at this website makes me smile. I am beautiful and so are you! Check it out! Operation Beautiful
