I was shocked when I put these pictures together this morning and just had to share!! I can't believe my eyes!! I mean I know how much weight I've lost and I know I dropped a few sizes. But I guess I just forgot in the mean time how far I've come. Slow and steady wins the race! Believe it, Be it!
P.S. Turtle Weight I was just meaning like the old story of The Tortoise and The Hare...slow and steady. :) I'm so creative.

Today I thought I'd share a tip. When first becoming a veg head I craved a sandwich...not just any sandwich...I CRAVED A MEAT SANDWICH! I know, I know the horror! How could this be??!? So hesitantly I went to the grocery store and looked at the soy meat options. I hmmm'd and haaaaa'd and eventually chose turkey soy meat. I ran home got out my bread slapped a few slices on and took a bite. Mmmmm it wasn't bad...not bad at all...in fact it was YUMO!! 
Cindy flew in on Friday and stayed with us until this morning. We had a lot of fun! We did a little of this:
I only had one I promise!! Mommy drinks are always great to have with a good friend! I miss her terribly and enjoyed her company so much. 
Here we are at my favorite restaurant. Even Cindy said it was the best food ever!
I forgot I'd taken this picture while we were on vacation. We were headed to the San Diego Zoo and little miss was cranky in the morning (so not a morning person) and fell asleep on the way. I love how she used Pluto for a pillow.

Her ears are so cute I could just bury my face in them!
Sarah loves car rides she gets so excited! In fact once she got loose for a good hour or so and finally I got in my car to go find her. Finally I spotted her, I yelled and screamed, finally she looked round saw the car and zoomed inside. Had I known this tactic would work well.....
Ewww wait back to the ears...I don't like it when I can see inside them! Gross I need to clean those puppies out. Gag seriously how dogs don't get infections from nasty ears gunk is a puzzle. Or do they?? I need to google that.
More ear and a little tongue. 
1. When you are sad -- I will jump on the person who made you sad like a spider monkey jacked up on Mountain Dew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

8. When you fall -- I'll pick you up and dust you off -- After I laugh my butt off!!
9. This is my oath...I pledge it to the end. 'Why?' you may ask -- because you are my FRIEND!

I really wanted to take one home but Jon said it wouldn't fit in our suitcase and he wasn't paying more for a extra...cheap ass.
On the way to the polar bears, so carefree with the wind in our hair.
Really crowded so I only got a few pictures, they were playing with
beach balls, it was fun to watch.
So much fun!
