Pineapple Chicken Goodness Sandwich

Say hello to my little friend...

Soy chicken and it's not the rubbery soy crap either...it taste so yum and has great texture! I've tried different soy meat and I don't know what Morning Star does but they do it up good!! Mmmmmm!!
Okay on to my fantastic chicken sandwich you'll need...

1/3 cup of pineapple chunks give or take (20-30 calories)

1 soy chicken patty (90 calories)

1 hamburger bun (try the thin-wich brand for only 100 calories)

1 slice of pepper jack cheese (90 calories)

Toast the bun and put the cheese on one side. Cook the chicken patty as directed and put on top of the cheese and bun. Now warm the pineapple up in the microwave, this will only need 10ish seconds depending on your microwave. Drain the juice and spoon on top of the chicken. Press the other side of the bun on top of the pineapple and enjoy!

Mmmmmmmm good! Taste just like the restaurant chicken sandwich but for less calories and less money! Win win situation if I ever did hear one!

At our home we do our grilled chicken sandwiches from Hawaii or West Virginia! The difference? Pineapple and honey mustard or ketchup!

I haven't tried their chicken yet, but their breakfast sausage patties are really good. This sounds like a great a recipe, so I guess I'll have to get the chicken patties now! Visiting from SITS. Hope you're having a good day...
