I just found out that the carousel at our local zoo is FREE to ride. I swear I heard it was $2.50/person and I've spent the last two years steering the kids clear of the darn thing every time we go. Yesterday, I figured since it was our last week before school, I'd do it up and buy them each something from the gift shop and let them ride the caurosel. I see more rides in our future since it's free. lol!!!!!!
btw, the look on El's face is PRICELESS! There's no doubt she's enjoying every second of that ride
Love it! State fair is in town, send her to me and she can ride the merry-go-round all she wants. Heck, I'll take her to the Galleria to ride! ;o)

We went to Disney World with my inlaws last September and I made them ALL ride it with me! Haha! {MIL, FIL, BIL, SIL, Hubby and me}
