Tofu Tuesday

Mom's Peach Cobbler
5-6 large peaches
1 box of yellow or spice cake mix
1 cube of butter (melted)
8x8 pan
Peel and slice peaches, place in pan. Dump the cake mix over peaches, drizzle the butter over the mixture. Pop that baby in the oven at 350 and bake until golden brown.
**Dear Mom,
Please bake this for me and send next day air, mine just doesn't taste as good as yours.
Thanks,
Your favorite daughter in Ohio**

Sorry I'm slacking. Mine is up and MckLinky code has been sent if you feel so inclined. I'll add your link so it's over on mine. :) I was on the ball for one week. haha

I've made the same thing only with a can of sprite too. Delish! But everything tastes better when it's made by someone else.
