Add your favorite soy yogurt into mold. (I like cherry flavor)
Next add in some fruit (blueberries/chopped peaches, etc.)
Give it a little stir or shake so the fruit is mixed and not all at the top or bottom.
Freeze until solid...yummy desert or snack.
