My lunch yesterday was soooo good. Yes it was a salad, but it was the best salad ever. Here's what I put in it:
Avocado, soy chicken, cucumbers, carrots, romaine lettuce, spinach, and topped it with berry salad dressing and some crunchies (onion straws but croutons are good too).
I've been so busy at work that I've had to eat at my desk...sad but true. I pack my lunch the morning before (my parents are beaming now!) in one of these. So cool! Seriously couldn't finish the whole salad. So yummy though.

On another note please say a prayer for Angie's family. Her husband's battle with cancer ended this morning.

I'm not much of a salad person although I am working on it. But it does *sound* like something I'd try. Berry dressing, eh. Hmm.
That salad looks huge! Maybe it's the angle. I couldnt finish it either. But I am getting much better at eating more salad then normal. I love the onion strings too - also wonton strips! And gotta have avocado!;o)
That is quite the salad Kaci!! :) And what funny coworkers you have! We had a lepracaun come into walmart today, but he was kinda creepy. lol.
